Mochamad Yassin Machdi - President Director
Mochamad Yassin Machdi has been involved in various industries and institutions since graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia in 1997. As the result, he possesses a wide range of skills and work experience ranging from internal auditing, corporate finance, accounting, project management, human resources and CSR. The industries he had been in are the capital market, government agency, plantation, TV commercial post production service and financial and CSR consulting. He completed his Master of International Business Economics in Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium and is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration degree in the Asian Institute of Management in the Philippines.

Kliring Deposit Efek Indonesia (1997-1998), Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (1998-2003), PT Dobel Klik Multimedia Pratama (2003-2004), Inbev, Leuven, Belgium (2005), PT London Sumatra Plantations, Tbk (2006-2008), PT Cakra Buana Perdana (2008-present), PT KPPM Consulting (2008-present).

Hendra Wijaya Harahap - Director
After spending a couple years as an auditor in Prasetyo Utomo & Co., which he joined right after he graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia in 1997, he jumped to Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia in 1999 and steadily stepped up the career ladder as well as gaining his restructuring, corporate finance and fund raising skills there until he reached the director positions in some of Samuel Group's subsidiaries starting 2000 (one of which an online stock trading company). His industry experience ranges from plantation, property, coal mining and financial advisory.

Judit Mukti Wibawa - Senior Manager
He spent a decade in one of the most well-known franchiser, McDonald’s until he retired as Accounting Manager in 2006. Previously he was a senior associate in one of the Big 5 accounting firm Hans, Tuanakotta & Partners for a couple of years. After McDonald’s, he ventured from one industry to another before he joined us in Cakra Group, in which he also serves as the CEO of PT. Cakra Buana Perdana. He obtained his bachelor degree in Accounting in Brawijaya University in 1994. He also holds a master degree in law he got from the University of Padjajaran.
